Marta started her career in the insurance market at ANV in April 2014, underwriting M&A insurance products for all Continental Europe, with specific focus on Nordic countries and Southern Europe (in particular in Spain, Portugal and France). As Spanish senior underwriter, she highly contributed to the development of the W&I Insurance in Spain during the last five years, building up a solid and successful portfolio in the Iberian market. Marta is a Spanish qualified lawyer, member of the Bar Association of Barcelona (Spain) since October 2002, with 13 years of professional experience as a corporate and M&A lawyer, in some of the most reputable law firms (i.e. GARRIGUES, Baker & McKenzie). Marta joined Ryan Transactional Risk in January 2019.
