Coralie started her career in France training at, amongst other firms, Linklater LLP, and qualified as a lawyer in France in 2013 and as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2019. Coralie worked in the Restructuring and Insolvency department of Bird & Bird LLP in Paris and then moved to London and spent 7 years working in the Restructuring, Banking and Insolvency department of Michelmores. She also advised insolvency practitioners on various matters, including business and asset sales by way of pre-pack, and directors on their duties whilst trading in difficult circumstances. Coralie holds a Master in Management from ESCP Europe Business School, a Master II of French-English Business Law from University of Paris-Sud XI and speaks French, Spanish and English. Coralie joined Ryan Transactional Risk in April 2023.
