Marc graduated with distinction from King’s College London with a Masters in International Management before completing his legal studies at BPP University College and the University of Law. He joined CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP and qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales in 2015. During the 3 years spent in the Corporate/M&A department, Marc advised multinationals and private equity houses on a range of corporate transactions, he also spent 6 months on secondment at AIG where he worked in the transactional insurance team. Marc is fluent in German and joined Ryan Transactional Risk in April 2018.
