Hunter obtained his LL.M in Tax Law from New York University and his J.D. from Boston University School of Law. Prior to joining the Ryan Transactional Risk Team, he worked with Ernst & Young’s Transaction Tax group in New York, London, and Munich, where he led various domestic and cross-border transaction diligence and structuring engagements. Hunter joined Ryan Transactional Risk in June 2021 and has experience underwriting both Tax and Reps & Warranties policies.
