Fabio is an Italian-qualified lawyer, admitted to the bar in Rome. He has more than 7 years of experience working in M&A teams of top-tier national and international law firms in Rome and Milan, as well as academic and teaching experience in the corporate law area. Fabio graduated at LUISS University in Rome, is currently completing a PhD in corporate and financial markets law and is fluent in Italian and English. Fabio joined Ryan Transactional Risk in February 2023.
